Before purchasing an unlocking service, it is essential to know the country and network your iPhone is locked to. This information is needed to check whether your iPhone is supported for unlock and to select the right unlocking tool. After purchasing the service, go to My Account and select service: iPhone & iPad Network/Country/Lock Status. Enter the phone’s IMEI.

Within a few minutes, you will receive a detailed report by email.

How to read the report
Lock Status : Locked – tells you whether or not your phone is network locked.
Next Tether : US AT&T Reseller – tells you which country and network your phone is locked to. For instance, the phone in the example is locked to the AT&T USA network. When buying an unlocking tool, make sure to select one for the right country and network.
