Is my phone supported?

This how to guide will take you steps by step thru unlocking all Samsung phones locked to Europe or USA networks. It doesn't matter what is your phone model. Absolutely all models are supported.

ONLY phones locked to Europe and United States networks are supported!

How can I know if my phone is network locked?

First power on your phone with different network sim card. If your phone is network locked it should display one of bellow messages:

SIM network unlock PIN
Network lock
Phone freeze SIM unavailable. Contact your service provider
SP lock
SIM password

If you are not sure that your phone is network locked and you get different message on your phone, please do not order unlocking codes. First contact info@fastgsm.com for assistance.

Unsupported phones

If your phone it hardlocked it can't accept the unlock code. In such case do not try to unlock your phone because it will not work.

It's very easy to identify hardlocked phones. Power on your phone with different network sim card. It is says Network lock and shows Dismiss or SOS button only then your phone is hardlocked and it can't be unlocked.

How to buy credit?

Create a new account at FastGSM.com website if you do not have one already. Login to My Account

You need to purchase the service only if don't have sufficient count of credits on your FastGSM account. If you already have the credits on your account you can simply skip purchase of the service.

Go to www.FastGSM.com, select manufacturer in Select your phone and your phone model. It will show your phone detail page. Choose service you need and click Buy now! button. Click on Go to Checkout. Select your country, read our Terms and conditions, check I accept fastgsm.com conditions checkbox and click on desired payment method button. Now complete the payment.

Make sure you purchase IMEI service. There is multiple services available for most of listed phones.

Read your phone unique IMEI number

First your need to read your phone unique IMEI. It's very easy. Power on your phone without SIM card and on phone keypad type

It will show your phone unique identification number.

Submit your IMEI for calculation

Now go to My Account. Login and used

Unlock Samsung via IMEI – EUROPE MODELS ONLY! service if your phone is locked to Europe network

or

Unlock Samsung via IMEI – USA Carriers Only! service if your phone is locked to US network

Select your phone model and type your unique IMEI without spaces and slashes.

Your IMEI is only first 15 digits. For example if you read

12345678901234/5 01

on your phone display then you need to submit

123456789012345

Now wait until you receive email with your unique unlock codes.

Your unique unlock codes

Once the unlock codes are available you will get them via email. For example:

Unlocking key
Network (NCK): 22222222
Unfreeze (MCK): 11111111
SCK: 33333333
SPCK: 44444444
for your IMEI 123456789012345 has been submitted.

Don't type these sample codes to your phone! Every phone has it's own unique set of codes.

Now you need to type your unique unlock code(s) to your phone. Procedure to type the unlock code(s) to your phone may vary from model to model depending on operating system inside your phone. Please find appropriate instructions below.

Unlocking SIM network unlock PIN screen

Power on your phone with different network SIM card inside. SIM network unlock PIN screen shows up. Type your unique Network (NCK) unlock code and hit unlock button.

In a case it says Unsuccessful it most likely means you typed wrong code too many times. In such case power off your phone. Power on the phone and type your Unique (MCK) code onto SIM network unlock PIN screen. It will say unsuccessful again but don't worry. It's fine. Now type your unique Network (NCK) unlock code and hit unlock button.

Unlocking Phone freeze screen

If you get Phone Freeze message it means somebody typed wrong unlock code too many times. However you can still unlock your phone using your unqiue unfreeze code.

Procesure is very simple. If your phone has physical keypad just type the unfreeze code onto Phone Freeze screen. Nothing will show up – it's fine. If nothing happens try to hi # or call key right after the unfreeze code.

If your phone has touch screen only then tap on Call key at Phone Freeze screen and type your unfreeze (MCK) code.

Once phone freeze is disabled network lock screen will show up. Just follow steps for Network Lock screen.

Unlocking Network lock or SP lock screen

At this point you should be asked to type the Network (NCK) unlock code for Network lock screen or SPCK code for SP lock screen. Just type the code and the phone will get unlocked.

Unlocking SIM password

Just use your unique Unfreeze (MCK) code as SIM password.

Unlocking Invalid SIM Card, Phone locked. Return for service and SIM lock – Enter password

Power on your phone without SIM card first.

For Phone locked. Return for service type

For Invalid SIM card type

For SIM lock – Enter password type
