How to buy credit?

Install device driver

Close Samsung PC Studio, Samsung Kies & Kies TrayAgent and any other applications that block COM ports & Modems.

Download and unpack Qualcomm Driver

Disable auto keypad lock (if available).

Disable bluetooth.

In Connections select „Samsung PC Studio“ or „Samsung Kies“ mode.

Type *#782872# on phone keypad and hit Confirm button.

If your phone is A887, S3370, T359, T469,T559, T659 or T669 then type on phone keypad *#7465625#.

Now connect USB cable to computer and to the phone.

Your will be promped for the driver. Point driver installer to location where you unpacked the Qualcomm Driver.

Read your unique unlock codes via USB

Download and run Unlock Samsung Client

Type email and password for your FastGSM account and hit NEXT twice.

Now wait until unlock codes are shown. You will see codes like below.

Don't type these sample codes to your phone! Every phone has it's own unique set of codes.

Typing your unique unlock codes

Disconnect your phone, power it off, insert SIM card from different network and power the phone on.

In case Phone Freeze shows up hit Call key and type Unfreeze code.

Network lock messaged will show up. Type Network lock code and hit Confirm button.

If you get SP lock screen type SP lock code. For SIM password type SIM password code.

Not all screen must show up! If you get Network lock screen only then you no need to care about SP lock or Phone freeze etc.

Now type *#726872# on phone keypad and hit Confirm button.

Congratulations! Your phone is permanently unlocked and can use it with different network SIM card.

Question 1: My phone is connected to the computer but I am keep getting message bellow. What can I do?

PHONE MODEM PORT COULD NOT BE FOUND!!!
