What do I need to unlock my phone?

• Windows XP/Vista/7 based computer (both 32-bit and 64-bit versions are supported)
• USB cable for your Samsung phone

How to buy credit?

Create a new account at FastGSM.com website if you do not have one already. Login to My Account

Go to www.FastGSM.com, select manufacturer in Select your phone and your phone model. It will show your phone detail page. Choose service you need and click Buy now! button. Click on Go to Checkout. Select your country, read our Terms and conditions, check I accept fastgsm.com conditions checkbox and click on desired payment method button. Now complete the payment.

Installing the device driver

Close Samsung PC Studio, Samsung Kies & Kies TrayAgent and any other applications that might use COM ports & Modems.

Download and install Drivers for Samsung.

Read your unique unlock codes via USB

Download and run Unlock Samsung Client

Type email and password for your FastGSM account,select your phone model and click on NEXT button.

Go to your phone’s Security menu and turn OFF Phone Lock. Then go to Settings > Phone settings > PC Connections and select Samsung PC Studio or Samsung Kies and hit Save button.

Connect USB cable to your computer and then to the phone. Wait until all devices are installed.

Click on NEXT button again and wait until unlock codes are shown. You will see codes similar to below.

Don't type these sample codes to your phone! Every phone has it's own unique set of codes.

Typing your unique unlock codes

Disconnect your phone, switch it off, insert SIM card from different network and switch the phone back on.

In event that Phone Freeze appears, hit Call key and type Unfreeze code.

Network lock messaged will appear. Type Network lock code and press Confirm button.

If you get SP lock screen type SP lock code. For SIM password type SIM password code.

Not all screens may appear! If you get Network lock screen only then you do not need to worry about SP lock or Phone freeze etc.

Congratulations! Your phone is permanently unlocked and can use it with different network SIM card.
