When contacting us at info@fastgsm.com, always be sure to include the following information so that we can help you:
- The email you used to create your FastGSM account (if you have one)
- Description of problem, including message on phone screen
- Country and network that the phone is locked to (if known)
After you send an email, you will receive a reply with your issue ID. If you need to send additional information, please reply to this email. Do not change the subject line.
Please do not resend the same email multiple times. Each additional e-mail will reset the waiting time for a reply, so this will only slow down the process. Email us once, and we will get back to you.
